End of the weekend...

And what a weekend it was....

Lots of pool time, good food and some crazy poker, this was truly a weekend to remember. Tomorrow the 'orphans' join the rest of the group for a nice 3 day stay in Tel Aviv. I can't believe there's only a week left to the trip...these past 3 plus weeks have really flown by!!!

But onto more important issues...Carey Price? I mean c'mon, let's be honest here! My first emotion was severe disappointment, why do we need a goalie? Theo should be around for another decade, why do we need a goalie? Everyone was aying we would pick Gilbert Brule, but GM Gainey really did a number on us hockey aficionados. After my initial shock, I realized that Bob gainey not only carried the Habs for many years, but also turned the Stars into a powerhouse, and who am I to question his pick? A fan, gosh darn it!!! Either way, our 2nd pick seems promising, and if we don't have Theo in our long term plans (ie Theo for Vincent Lecavalier....you heard it here first!!!), then Price is a good pick. Oh well, only time will tell...

So here's wishing everyone a Shavua Tov...I hope to chill in an internet cafe in Tel Aviv in the next few days...
